Our Story

Our story begins with a lifelong love for India, it’s exceptionally beautiful products and traditional techniques.

Kapaḍā’s concept of a perfect, super soft genderless shirt was born out of our love for timeless ‘borrowed’ shirts from husbands/brothers/partners.

From selecting fabrics and prints, to matching thread colours for buttons, deciding on pocket placement and side slits; every detail has been thought through to ensure that the end product is something we are confident our customers will love and appreciate for years to come.
