UK and Northern Ireland
Standard £6.95 - Once your order is received, it will be dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail Tracked. please expect your order within 2-3 days of order confirmation.
EU and International
Once your order is received, it will be sent within 48 hours via Royal Mail International Tracked (Monday - Friday).
EU £15 - Transit time to major European Cities will be approximately 3-5 working days.
Rest of World £30 - Transit time for the rest of the world will be approximately 7-10 working days. More remote areas will take longer.
PLEASE NOTE ANY CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE PAYABLE BY RECIPIENT ONCE GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN DESTINATION COUNTRY.
Returns
Returns Policy
You have 14 days to return your item from the date you receive it.
Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Kapaḍā London reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
If you wish to return your order, please follow below instructions:
- Email kapadalondon@gmail.com with your return request and reason for return.
- Return requests will be approved/denied within 2 business days (as per our returns policy)
- Once the items have been received back, we will contact you to process refund, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would advise considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning to avoid any potential loss risks along the way.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK YOU MUST COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR COURIER THAT YOU ARE RETURNING GOODS TO AVOID ANY INCURRED COSTS ON EITHER SIDE.
